The ACHPP is based on a 4-month ‘Core Program’ that precedes a 4-month ‘Elite Program’. Cricket is placed front and center of the High Performance Program and every aspect of the game is covered on an ongoing basis but cricket does not stand alone. Participants on both programs will share in the three pillars of the ACHPP: “Cricket, Community & Conservation.”

Daily cricket training with leading local and international specialist coaches.
Combination of white and red ball centred practices
Training structured around technical, tactical, mental and physical development as well as lifestyle advice.
Specialized strength and conditioning coaching.
Fitness testing
Level 1 Coaching and Umpiring award certification.
Psychology and nutrition advice.
Public speaking workshops. Personality testing.
1st Aid qualification.
Leisure and team-building activities.
